Conwy Fairs planning, how we select stallholders

We take bookings from 1st January for the Seed Fair on Thursday 26th March 2026; and 1st June for the Honey Fair on Monday 14th September 2026.  If people apply too early, we tell them to apply later.
We only take bookings for one Fair at a time.
How do we select stallholders?  Bookings are by email only.
I send this standard message to enquirers…

They reply, and I then send out this standard message..

Hello [name]

Thanks for your booking.

I have added you to the list of stalls.  Please look out for our helper Claire in hi viz vest.
Claire will show you where to set up your table.
Please spread the word.  See information for visitors

We turn away unsuitable bookings: hot food or coffee, commercial market stalls or alcohol.
I “label” each email enquiry and build up a list of stalls, about 60 stalls maximum.
It’s all quite straightforward.  Try to reply quickly!
How do we allocate spaces?  Again, this is quite straightforward.  Info to follow.
