Message to helpers on the Road Closed barrier
Thanks to everybody helping on the barrier at the Conwy Honey Fair on Saturday 13th September.
High Street and two side streets will be closed from 9am to 4.30pm. The Fair ends at 4pm. The extra half hour is to allow stallholders to pack up safely.
Arrangements are as before.
We hope that printed hi-viz vests will be available for the first time.
Will the first helpers please collect two hi-viz vests from my stall at the top of the High Street; and put out the barriers and Road Closed signs at 9am, including one barrier and one sign at the top of each of the two side streets.
Guests leaving the Castle Hotel will be asked by the hotel to drive down the High Street, and turn right onto Castle Street.
Guests or staff arriving at the hotel should be allowed through the barrier, and asked to drive slowly up the High Street.
Will the last helpers please return the hi-viz vests to me, and stack the barriers etc safely, ready for collection on Monday.
