Honey Fair bookings from 1st June, Seed Fair from 1st January. Bookings are for one Fair only.
Bookings are mainly by email. It’s all very straightforward!

I assess their application. We turn away quite a few applications (details on website info page).
I had one enquiry to sell “bingo swag”. I never did find out what that was.

I keep a record of email bookings by labelling the email conversation (Gmail, three dots at top of page “label as”)
I record occasional verbal bookings manually.
We close the bookings at about 70 stalls.
