Hire charges
Main Hall £49 includes the caretaker setting up the room.
Arena seating (pull-out tiered rows of seats, electrically operated) essential for large group meetings £10
PA system £15, may not be needed. We can use portable PA from Rowen Memorial Hall. See picture below.
Projector £15, may not be needed. We can ask speakers to bring their own laptop and projector, or make our own arrangements.
Projector stand, extension cable, electric screen all provided by CyD Centre, free of charge (to be confirmed).
Kitchen, free of charge. Two helpers needed.
Booking times (meeting starts at 7.30pm). 6.45pm arrival, 9.30pm depart.
